About us: Kelly’s Landing is a community of more that just 113 homes. We are a neighborhood of 113 families that look out for each other. We are located in Stanley, NC just outside of Charlotte, NC. We are 15 minutes from the U.S. National Whitewater Center and 20 minute from the Charlotte International Airport. Our community was built around a small pond with geese and otters. Our community is a great place to kickback and relax or run about and have fun with the kids.
